Update: William Harold Kimbrough III is ostensibly awaiting trial in Federal court on charges of selling “tainted heroin” to several individuals in the Shoals who later died. Earlier this week, Kimbrough was arrested in Colbert County on a grand jury indictment for possession of a controlled substance. PNS will update this story when more information is available.

From April 2014: William Harold Kimbrough III has been arrested for dealing in heroin and is suspected of providing drugs to five individuals, four who died. Kimbrough, 36, currently has few past arrests–most of them traffic related. He’s reported to be a graduate of Colbert County High School and part owner of Mounting Systems in Tuscumbia. If convicted of dealing in heroin under these circumstances, Kimbrough faces a minimum of 25 years in prison without parole.
