Update: Cory Ray McIllwain’s parole has been revoked. He currently remains in the Franklin County Detention Center with a release date of August 20, 2017.

From December 2016: Ten years ago, Cory Ray McIllwain was 21 years old and living in Moorhead, Minnesota, when he was arrested for possession of narcotics/controlled substances. Below is his mug shot from that arrest taken from “Busted”:

Since moving to Alabama, McIllwain has lived in Hartselle and Franklin County where both his rap sheet and tattoos have grown. Most of the now 31 year old McIllwain’s arrests have been for possession of drugs, but in 2013 he was charged with theft in Hartselle.

After moving to Franklin County, McIllwain’s arrest rate increased. He was taken into custody on drug charges twice in 2014. This year, the heavily tattooed Phil Campbell resident has been arrested at least six times.

On Wednesdy, McIllwain was taken into custody of charges of operating a meth lab and possession of drug paraphernalia. Arrested on similar charges on Wednesday were Jeffrey Blue, Maxine Joann Hawkins, and Joshua Daniel Moore.
