On January 2, 2018, Tishomingo Sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that was traveling North on HWY 365, for improper equipment.  During the course of the stop, the deputies recognized that both the driver and the passenger of the vehicle have a recent history of drug arrests, so the deputy asked for both the driver and passenger to step out of the vehicle.  The deputies asked the driver for Consent to Search which was given by the driver and the deputies discovered what appeared to be some alleged METHAMPHETAMINE in the middle console of the vehicle.  At this time both the driver and passenger were transported to the Tishomingo County Jail.
