Erica Christine Baker – New Franklin County Arrest

Update: Erica Baker has been arrested in Franklin County on charges of forgery and the resulting probation violation. She remains in the Franklin County Detention Center without bail.

Update from January: Erica Baker has been indicted in Lauderdale County on charges of Theft. Baker remains under indictment on several theft charges in Franklin County.

On August 10th, Erica Christine Baker was taken into custody on a probation violation. The 32 year old Phil Campbell woman remains in the Franklin County Detention Center as of Saturday morning.

Update: Franklin County authorities say a 32 year old Phil Campbell woman stole a check from 80 year old grandmother. After making the check out for $1,800.00 to herself, Erica Christine Baker attempted to cash it at a Franklin County bank. Bank personnel alerted authorities who took her into custody on March 8th. Baker, who has since bonded out of the county jail, was charged with theft, forgery, and the financial exploitation of the elderly. Baker states on social media that she’s a graduate of Russellville High School. This is Baker’s second round of theft from her grandmother.

From June 2016: Erica Christine Baker is wanted by Russellville Police on a Grand Jury Indictment for Financial Exploitation Of Eldery Person 2nd Degree, Forgery 3rd Degree, and Theft Of Property 2nd Degree. Erica is originally from Phil Campbell, but is believed to be living in or near Gallatin, Tennessee, at this time.
