A 2012 graduate of Clements High School has been arrested in Limestone County and charged with the Saturday night sexual assault of a male under the age of 12. Authorities say they took Jonathan Dakota Norwood into custody after the victim identified his attacker. Dakota, as he is known, is a relative of the owner of a mobile home park where the youth lived.
Norwood has a previous drug arrest from two years ago. At that time, he was accused of maintaining a large grow operation behind his then home in the Cross Key community. Norwood remains in the Limestone County Jail as of this afternoon in lieu of 200K bail. He faces a possible 20 years in prison.
