Update: Elijah Tanner Graham was arrested in Tishomingo County, Mississippi, earlier this month. He was initially charged with only public drunkeness (aka public intoxication); however, he was later put on hold for investigation into a felony. While an indictment on a major crime has been expected for Graham, that has yet to be forthcoming. The 24 year old Graham has now bonded out.

From October, 2017: After release on bail in Mississippi, Elijah Tanner Graham returned to Muscle Shoals last week to be arrested on a new charge in that city. It’s unknown how this will affect his current bond in Mississippi as part of an ongoing investigation; sources have indicated indictment for Graham and several others in that case are to be expected during the next grand jury.

Update: After serving a ten day sentence in Tishomingo, Elijah Tanner Graham has been transferred to another jurisdiction within the state to await adjudication on felony charges. PNS will update this article as more information is available.

On September 12th, Elijah Graham was pulled over in Tishomingo County, Mississippi, and arrested for a misdemeanor traffic offense. It was then determined that Graham had an outstanding felony warrant from another agency (no further information at this time). He remains in the Tishomingo County Detention Center as of Wednesday morning awaiting pickup by the issuing agency.

From August 4th: Elijah Tanner Graham, long on the Muscle Shoals Most Wanted List, was captured last week and faces unspecified charges. Graham, 23, has a rap sheet in Franklin County on drug charges and was involved in a controversial murder investigation in Red Bay in which ultimately no charges were filed (against him).
